We were honored this year by winning Westchester Magazine's, "Best of Westchester 2016 - Best Barbering Experience"

Owner and Founder, Peter, was invited to receive the award.

All in all it was a fantastic evening. It was a real honor to receive the award for Best Barbering Experience, and a blast giving free shaves to some great business people. Hopefully we'll see them soon at the shop!

IBS New York @ Javits Center 

The Gentleman's Barber Spa team had a fun, and more importantly, productive IBS (International Beauty Show) New York 2016 at Javits Center.  

We are always on the lookout for the highest quality men's grooming products, tools and techniques. This year we made some great connections with top industry professionals - all in an effort to bring our customers the best barbering experience possible. 

 

Clipper Cutting Seminar @ IBS New York 2016

In addition to walking the show floor in search of new products and relationships, our team attended IBS in order to hone our barbering knowledge. The Clipper Cutting Seminar was a great opportunity to keep up with our professional development. We must keep our skills sharp!

Gentleman's Barber Spa Attending International Beauty Show at Javits Center

The Gentleman's Barber Spa team is excited to head to NYC to attend the upcoming IBS (International Beauty Show) at Javits Center - this weekend, March 6-8. 

IBS at Javits Center, NYC 

IBS New York is the longest-running professionals-only event in the beauty industry and draws almost 63,300 industry professionals each year. 

Gentleman's Barber Spa will attend IBS New York to learn new techniques and trends from industry icons, refine our barbering knowledge, and explore new products and tools.  Filled with top-notch education, IBS is a great opportunity to expand our professional development. 

Hair techniques demonstration on the Main Stage 

The 2016 conference education program boasts phenomenal speakers, relevant subjects and competitions. 

 More than 500 exhibitors line the show floor - from new businesses to veteran industry-leaders, IBS New York delivers innovative companies and products. This year is the event’s 99th anniversary so it's a celebration of sorts.

Gentleman's Barber Spa to Take Part in Westchester Magazine's, "Unveiled"

On February 21st, we are thrilled to take part in Unveiled: A Boutique Bridal Brunch, a wedding event by Westchester Magazine and Hudson Valley Weddings Magazine. 

Throughout the year, Gentleman's Barber Spa is asked to participate in events around the Westchester and NYC area. Most recently, owner Peter Palushi performed The Royal Shave at the Javits Center's MRket show.

What is Unveiled Boutique Bridal Brunch Event?
Westchester/Hudson Valley Weddings Magazine’s annual Unveiled is the area’s ultimate wedding event featuring dazzling bridal fashions, brunch samplings, wedding cakes, desserts, and the most prestigious professionals in the industry. If you are involved in planning a wedding, this is an event you will not want to miss!

Who should attend?
Newly engaged couples, their family and friends who are involved in planning their wedding.

How much are tickets?
The event is free.

How do I register for the event?

What do I wear? 
Business casual or dressy casual attire is acceptable.

How many people are expected?
We are expecting approximately 150 brides, along with their guests

What about bad weather? Is there a rain or snow date?
Everything is inside so the event will be held even if it is raining. The event could be postponed to February 27, 2016 due to snow. Please call (914) 345-0601 in case there is inclement weather that day.

Can I bring my child?
We do not recommend children attend this event.  It is a 21 and older event, and alcohol will be served.
